ARRIVAL INFO

We recommend arriving at the studio ten minutes before class for check-in.  

Please be courteous and do your best to be on time. There will be no entry five minutes after the class has started.

Gloves and wraps are required. Please bring your own or we have some available for purchase.

Our daily training schedule will focus on both endurance and strength based workouts. Our class is broken down into three areas of training that will rotate clockwise from bags, the boxing ring to treadmills. Each round consists of 3 minutes of work and 1 minute of rest.

Make sure to arrive to class on  time to watch our coaches full demonstration of punch combinations and overview of the workout. You will be guided through a proper warm-up and thorough break down of each movement performed throughout the class.
