PERSONAL TRAINING

In addition to our small group training, we offer personal training that will help focus on specific goals tailored to your personal needs in a one on one setting.  Each personal training session will be 60 minutes and can be scheduled throughout the day by appointment only. Our trainers specialize in strength and conditioning, fat loss, rehabilitation and much more.  Our trainers  will incorporate a variety of training during each session that will consist of the following equipment:

  • Kettle Bells

  • Free weights
