GROUP CLASSES
Our 45 minute group class is built with intense training in mind. Our state-of-the-art studio utilizes top of the line equipment including Aqua Bags for punching, a professional grade boxing ring to implement with technique and Air Runner treadmills designed with curvature to provide less impact on your joints. Each class focuses on three main components; bag work, one on one mitt work with our coaches and running. This combination offers a unique style of training that guides you through a fitness experience designed to maximize your output while working at your own level and setting your own goals.
